Another new year, ditching the path of the crowd for your own, pondering the passing of time forever

Thank you for joining me! I do hope you are well despite the times. I find in uncertain weather the best thing I can do is get back to the basics, the classics, and the soul foods I have always relied on. It’s a good day (especially today) to start setting down the news app, the social media stories, and start looking up and out. I never want to lose the connection I have with my spirit self and I find she is most alive when I fill all the corners of my life with art. This is an exciting new venture and I am looking forward to connecting with you this way and to sharing my life and work with you. I am already filled with ideas of stories to tell and topics to discuss.

The nights come so early and the mornings are shrouded in mist and deep blue moods. I bring books and mugs of earl grey to soothe the longing soul. Listen to the fire crackling as it tells the passing time and remember life is made of these simpler, small moments when we can hear our thoughts being born.
